REVISED TARIFF AND RULES FOR ALLOTMENT OF GUEST ROOMS AT CBOO CENTRE
The Dormitory / Guest Rooms / Dormitory are being offered to our members / award staff / retired members / members of affiliate unions etc. at a concessional rate.
Room Tariff: The room tariff for the guest rooms/dormitory is revised as under :
Revised Dormitory / Guest Room Charges Per Day / Per Bed 1. For Members & Dependents [ Whether Accompanied or unaccompanied by Member ] - Rs.50/- A) i) For upto & maximum of 6 persons - Rs.100/- ii) For more than 6 persons - Rs.100/- [ for 7th bed onwards] B) For Other Relatives of member - Rs.100/- C) For independent occupation of Guest Room - Rs.50/- subject to a minimum of Rs.150/- per day per room
2. For Ex-members, Members of Award Staff, Members of AIBOC Affiliates A) For independent occupation of Guest Room Rs.100/- Rs.100/- subject to a minimum of Rs.200/- per day.
3.0 Other Rules
The CBOO Central Office will be directly in charge of the CBOO Centre. Advance reservation can be made only through Central Office. Prior confirmation in writing from the Central Office shall be obtained as far as possible for admission to the CBOO Centre. No advance booking earlier than 60 days shall be permitted. Full charges for the total days to be booked shall be remitted in advance along with the letter for advance reservation in the prescribed format. Check in form is to be filled before occupancy and submitted to the caretaker. Advance reservation can be made only for a maximum occupancy period of 5 days. Over stay is permitted depending upon the vacancy position . In case of cancellation prior to 10 days of proposed date of occupation of the Guest Room the entire advance amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in less than 10 days of proposed occupation, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation under unforeseen circumstances, the Central Office Committee is vested with discretion to refund the advance paid.

In order to avoid inconvenience to the members, it has been decided that the members should send their request for guest room facility at the Centre to:

along with DD favouring CBOO-Centre towards the charges for the guest room in advance. In case where they could not inform in advance, they should contact any of the office bearers for booking the guest room facility:
